You can make your booking through the website www.bapiporent.com, in person at our office or by phone. In any of these ways you can book a van or a car.

On the back of the contract all concepts related to vehicle usage rules, rental charges, insurance, accidents, repairs and more are explained.

As early as possible. Although you can go directly to our BapipoRent branch and find an available van, it is advisable to make a reservation to avoid last-minute surprises and ensure vehicle availability.

  • Have a category B driving licence.
  • Have a valid driving licence.
  • Be over 21 years old.
  • Have a credit or debit card.

All persons listed in the contract may drive, with a maximum of two free drivers. Adding an additional driver will incur an extra cost.

When the vehicle is delivered, you will be provided with a phone number where you can contact us to request an extension of your contract.

The fuel level must be returned at the same level as it was delivered. Otherwise, an additional charge will be applied.

In case of an accident, you must fill out the accident report form and contact us as soon as possible to proceed with the necessary steps.

No, the vehicle must be returned to the central office located at POL. IND., 1, Carrer Ferrers, 07360 Lloseta, Balearic Islands. It is not possible to return it at another branch.

If you return the van later than agreed, you will be charged an extra rental day and possible penalties according to the contract conditions.
